You dont need to buy a whole headlight.

Go onto E-bay or any other site that sells HID Bulbs and buy a set of 5000K D2S bulbs and replace them both.

Edit : Judging by that picture those are just Lancer headlights.

 

its werid tho cuz i dont think the bulbs are out cuz on the one head light everything is out except the turn signal and on the other head light its all out except for the turn signal and the one little light next to the turnsignal.. im guessing the low beam? but do i need new head lights?
