my evo has no cat and has upgraded turbo....my engine is running lean after a tune with too much air to fuel ratio....could that be because of the o2 sensor or is that a serious problem

 

what are you basing your "my engine is running lean" comment off of?

who tuned the car?

when you say o2 sensor are you referring to a wideband or a stock o2 sensor?

Is it running lean during cruise or WOT. Are you judging that by looking at your wideband gauge?

During cruise the car runs in closed loop meaning it uses the cars front O2 to determine A/F

During WOT the car is in open loop and will look to target your Fuel maps set values

 

no like the car has a high idle and if i dnt keep it up the car stalls out on me and then i checked the codes and it said that the engine isnt getting enough fuel....is it because of the upgraded turbo...and also its a stock o2 sensor

 

anyone else have input
