Problem. Help!!!!!!

I got an 03 evo 8. On monday the car did something really weird, it shut off twice WHILE DRIVING , but it stopped doing it until this morning, now it will not start, it cranks, all the lights turn on, the stereo, except for the windows won't go up or down. I haven't checked any fuses yet because i was already late for work, but if you guys have any idea please let me know where to start, so i can at least diagnose the problem. Thanks

this happened to me twice. the original owner of my car had a weaker then stock fuse in my main engine fuse. replaced it with a 30 fuse and the car runs great now. best of luck
