Vote for Evo as "Best Jap Car Ever"
I'm wondering if anyone who voted for the MKIV Supra has actually driven one.
My brother has one and I'm sorry...they aren't all that. I'm not impressed at all in the handling department (the Supra in question has coilovers) in comparison to the Evo. There is no back seat and the trunk space sucks. I could probably gribe about a bunch of things, but I just can't see the big deal in those cars. It makes big power no doubt about it, but it's not THAT freaking awesome!!
And S2k? Um no thanks. There is definitely one at the shop with my Evo with a monster supercharger on it and I think they said it's making like 340 to the wheels. This guy has to have a ton of cash invested into his S2K and he's not even making 350whp. Sorry....no thanks!
And the few that I've heard with exhausts definitely don't sound as bad *** as the owners I've heard claim them to be.
S2K are no more practical than a motorcycle.
Either way I voted Evo.

oh, if you clear your cookies like all the s2k guys are doing, you can vote over and over but you have to clear them each time. It takes seconds. You really think that many people think the s2k is the best?? The evo 1 would slaughter that car in every way. Who cares if it revs to 9k i want power from 25oo. Oh yeah and i like TQ and being able to actually gain power from mods.

.... I have no idea how the hell the S2000 is in the lead when that car is a POS IMO. I seen some really fast ones, but seriously, that car is sooo uncomfortable for me to drive that I would honestly sell that car if I got it for free!
