they should work. just use the paypal transaction list. i believe you can print those out and bring them in.

the only problem is, it might have to list the part. it would be a hassle, but for the big expensive parts it might be worth it to contact whatever shop you bought the parts from and see if they can search their records.

my insurance company will only cover mods that are actually bolted to the car. they wont cover anything that just sits freely in the car.

i save every receipt i buy a part for just for this reason alone.

good luck man.

that sucks dude... when you got it back was the ignition broken or anything????
or did it seem like the car was just driven off with a regular key...
cause i know of an incident... many actually... that when people took their cars to a shop the car would go missing after a week or two of getting it back... not just evos but other cars...

Houston and San Antonio are getting REALLY bad on this kinda things , only thing that kind of confuses me is how they took it so easily because of the immobilizer , and i thought i was safe since it was no Honda .
=/

Good luck!

It is the honda community that is doing it. I dont like nor care for them. An engineer I work with used to drive a honda with minimal mods (bought it like it was) and lives very close to the group of people who he is positive stripped his honda. Cops could not find enough proof and never did anything about it. All he could do is move. Its very sad to hear this and that is why I love, reserve and utilize my right to bear arms...especially in Texas.

Do you 1 better they could be watching this but something about criminals they are very smart to steal something but after that you see why they do what they do! Check out craigs list or Traders Village for you parts the the big give away the rims! Money that they do not powder coat them. Try to remember if you puts something on a part for example I put a hidden JMMR on each wheel carved inside very very small, I know its not the best move but you cant see it with out taking the wheel off and looking inside. I am sure the Houston Evo community will help you out and help you look why not make a big meet of it at Texas Road House and have a good time at least!
