Impact driver will be fine. Just support the shaft from the backside with a 2" or so dowel rod.
A 6" piece works great as you can rest the TB on the dowel while you're using the driver.

Get a Dremel.. Cut the screw in the middle using the cutter wheel andmake it into a nice flat head shape...Take your flat head and Walah your screw will be out in no time.. Ur welcome
