I do not support violence. Go to the area police department and talk, calmly, to some officers. See if you can get increased patrols in your area for a few weeks.

Or get a beater for college. Leave the Evo elsewhere.

Yeah I've considered both. My roommate is back home in Virginia for the weekend or I'd be in his car parked a few spots away. My overall inention is to follow, get plates, call cops, press charges or whatever I can even do. I have a camera rolling now so hopefully they come back tonight, but it could be a day or week or month away...but if they did it twice, they're dumbasses will be back a 3rd time.

..then once I know who they are/what they drive I can have just as much fun as they can. I just seriously hate people like this...if you don't like me, hit me in the face...screwing with my car is crossing the line way too far.

This is just going to keep happening where you are. An Evo in the parking lot at an apartment complex is just looking for trouble. So, get the car out of there and store it somewhere for now.

Buy an old Honda or something else from the back of the car lot that looks ugly but has a sound engine.

 

I would look into moving somewhere there is secure parking. Like one of those complexes where there is an underground parking garage with electronic gates and such.

I bet if you looked, you could find someplace with truly secure parking.

What a shame.........Parking any modded car in an open area, especially a large apartment complex is just not a good situation.

Like some others have noted, get your car outta there & park that thing in a garage......Attempting to catch the jerks is great w/out some violent confrontation.
