2 problems with my car

2 problems with my car

ok so i got a 2005 mr and recently about half the time i put on the brakes theres this wierd kinda scraping grinding noise and a lil before this happened my transmission has been being diffucult to move into first like itll pulse a little and ill have to push it in this is the only gear it does it in

ill appreciate any answers thanks

Brake pads might be low and you're riding clutch when you should either give it more gas or let go of the clutch already. If you're still on the clutch with little gas then it'll pulse.

wow i sware i had that same noise. I checked my break pads and there perfect. I cant figure it out for the life of me what it was but i heard it about a weelk ago and havnt heard it again.

the pads on the back side of the rotor wear faster then the visible side.. did you check the pad behind the rotor?

Another vote for pads. 06red, it could have been some material scraping that basically was grinded away (ground away?). Also, it could have been debris that was cleared, too.

Yeah lol . I took everything apart idk . Im installing new rotors tomm so ill prob do it again. Thanks though

Good point i was doing a photo shoot at a abandoned airport and there was tons of crap all over so maybe i ran over something. Thats got to be it. Oh and sorry if i highjacked your thread simon. Good luck i hope you find out whats going on.

same shiet is happening to 2 me. i went to 2 people and they told me i had to get my rotors resurfaced. ill let you know if the noise stops.

hmmm that may be my problem. my rotors are sooooo shot so im replacing them tomm.
