they werent speeding tickets one was improper lane usage and the other was a loud exhaust ticket

I think it all depends on the situation and points given during the time the ticket was given. You could get 4 tickets and not get license suspended if you get only a 2 pts deduct from your 12 pts. GL with everything man.

Exactly! The only tickets I know that lead to suspension are wreckless driving tickets usually around 6 pts a piece. All depends on what the cop put on the tickets.

 

Every state is different. For my state, it's 12 points and it's suspended. You can go to court and pay a higher price and get less points off or no points off.

But yeah. The tow truck company should pay for it. If not, report them to the BBB and let them get screwed.

 

Aurora's one of the better Pd's around, they've got enough going on that you usually don't have to worry about petty traffic stuff, I'd bet the plate was run before they noticed n FP.
