hi my name is J I have an evo 8 and my POS oem clutch just blew out at the drag strip. I can't decide on which clutch to buy nor do i know which one to buy. This is my first all wheel drive car and I am still getting use to it I need a clutch for street and drag use. I do a lot of street racing in the summer time so I need a clutch that will hold up. any ideas??

What mods have you done on the car? Any numbers for your car now? What are your plans in the future...

 

All I have is a full turbo back, intake,tune,and boosting at 22psi I my best time is 12.9 I plane on doing more but first I need a clutch any ideas??

Try searching. There's a zillion "Which clutch should I buy" threads.

 

just get an exedy stage one, they do good for daily driving, cant handle a ton of race abuse but will do ok for a couple runs, or exedy stage 2, rough for daily driving unless your good, but takes almost all you can throw at it. ACT in my opinion suck.
