Finally got an Evo!
Finally got an Evo!
After much deliberation, research, and forum trolling, I finally purchased an Apex Silver Evo w/ sunroof and wing last Tuesday. I test drove most other cars in the Evo's price range (that my 6'3" frame/Jay Leno sized head could fit in), and once I drove the Evo, the decision was obvious.
This car just plain kicks ***! If you looking for a car that has untouchable handling, easy drivability when you just feel like cruising and power when you feel like railing the freeway on ramps, not to mention REAL room for 4 adults, this is the car.
The tight suspension may not be for everyone, but it is not as harsh as the magazines make it out to be, especially when you reduce the "
dealer delivered" tire pressure from 46 psi to the recommended settings!
I look forward to completing the break-in period this weekend and trying a few runs to redline just to see how much bigger a smile I can put on my face
