I just bought a 2.0 tactrix cable and i have a few questions. First off i just read that the 2.0 cable will not work with evoscan to log is this true? second i got an extra plug when i recieve the cable what is it for?

 

Are you referring to the black plug? If so then you need to connect that when you are flashing your ecu. As far as not being compatible with Evoscan that is incorrect. You just need to make sure you have the right version. Mitsulogger on the other hand I believe isnt compatible with the 2.0 cable.

 

what is the right verison? i have evoscan v2.6 and there is a button in the top left for 2.0 do i switch it to that?

 

1.3 is for the tatrix cable that is not wireless
2.0 is for the newer wireless thing
