Can anyone comment on the ability of the oem all weather mats to hold water? I know they are dished but the cheap-o's have a raised edge and it appears the oem's don't. Also is black an option for the all weather oem's?

I have them in my X since two weeks after purchasing the car.. and they're awesome. The digital fit is literally a perfect fit. The back set is one piece that even covers the hump in the middle.

I bought the trunk as well. Wouldn't rate it as high since it has to be cut to spec...which is a pain in the ***.

looking at the weatherTechs which run $190.00 for front and back as compared to the OEM mats which are black and run for $90 (unclear if only front or includes rear as well). Thinking go OEM since it will fit perfectly and is cheaper.

I've had the Weather tech mats for my evo x since 2011. No issues except for the sticker logo that goes on top has fallen off. So there's no brand name on it, but you know that it's weather tech.

It's easy to clean captures MOST, not all dirt, but really keeps it clean. And the dirt that does make it pass somehow is easy to clean up. It really saves on rainy days or areas that track mud and dirt.

I would buy it all over again, but so far, no cracks or wholes.

As others have said wish they made the digital fit series for the EVO 03-06. I have the digital fit series in my Accord and love them. Haven't had to clean them since I purchased them (about 6 months ago). When I do have to clean them I'll just hit them with the pressure washer and should be enough. Very much worth the $$ for a DD - especially if you live up North where snow would be tracked in/out of the car.

I'd recommend Weather Tech, I love the raised edges and that's enough to get me to buy them.

Best investment...unlike the all weather OEM mats, WeatherTechs cover almost all of the carpet, and the edges curl up like a cup and protects even more than OEM. I have kids; live in 4 season weather, and these suckers protected my car well. I remember when a whole cup of soda spilled on the passenger mat...Easiy to clean, contained the liquid within the mat...and gives you that peace of mind.

I have a full set in my Ralliart Sportback and love them. They are pricey but well worth the money.

I'm assuming these fit all Lancers and RAs and Evos right?
