Cold weather issues

Hey everyone, hoping i can get a couple opinions on an issue my car is having..

Colorado is going through some crappy cold weather lately and its has brought me a spuddering issue. It only happens if i give it a good amount of throttle and only when i have it set to high boost (25lbs). Car is tuned for 25 so i dont think it can be a fuel issue but at this point i really dont know. But i do know when the weather is warm i dont have any issues like this. Anyone ever experience this or have any ideas i can try out?

Thanks everyone

when it is cold you need to lower your boost, take your plugs out and gap them alot smaller.
