Any reason (from a tuning standpoint, specifically MAF airflow disruption) I can't use

1. The stock intake tube
2. short piece of 3.25" stainless tube

4. Which would connect to the MAF (which gets relocated to where intercooler sprayer reservior was.)
5. With MAF adapter plate

6. and any number of std type air filters.

Since I already have a couple different K & N's I can use, looks like I could hook this up for about 60$ plus shipping. I plan on getting tuned shortly after this round of mods, just want to make sure the stock MAF is not finicky about being placed right before an elbow.
