Edit: O2 Sensor question answered.. Finally the CEL Popped up

Next question is:

With my Ebay exhaust its sits on the left side of the bumper.... And it melted a little.. I was just wondering if anyone else had that issue and how they went along fixing it. Thanks!

Alright, CEL finially popped up today on the way to school lol.. That just leaves the exhaust question.. I have this metal cable that is twisted on there, this leaves some space between the bumper and exhaust, but not to my comfort. Any help would be great.
