Help me identify this noise

I have just started noticing this noise when I fire up the car in the morning. Chicago + outdoors all night = very cold start. The interesting thing is that now that I've been listening for it, I noticed it isn't there immediately after startup.

I go outside, fire up the car, no noise. I come back outside after a few minutes of letting it idle and this is what I hear.

It almost sounds like a squeaky belt? Definitely coming from the engine bay, sounds like passenger side (i.e. belt side).

Yes n00b question but how immediately should I get this addressed? Any danger in just going with it for a few months?
