Need help finding best deal on oem timing kit

Hey everybody,
I've been trying to look for the best deal on a Oem EvoVIII Timing Belt Kit for my 60k service. Car has 63k mileage and is currently garaged waiting for a belt replacement. Goals are to just be able to run in a 1/4 mile in the mid 12's, maybe even low 12's. I asked another Evo owner and he said he would just recommend me obtaining a oem belt since I am not planning on going too serious in performance results. So far, this is the best deal I've found so far; gimme a *GO* if anybody can't find a better deal and I will most definitely buy the deal asap.

Looking at the $418 SHIPPED

Also was wondering if that would be all I'd need to complete the process! I don't want to leave anything out that is necessary. Planning to do this with an experienced Evo specialist at my home. Any advice would help. Thanks for your time!
