So I went thru the inspection line today. Kinda nervous trying to pass with a cat shield and straight pipe all the way thru. Thanks to egr and obdII pass put in my ecu, I only failed for being slightly too loud. So I got a temp tag and decided to finally get on it for the first time in 2 years. HOLY S***! I couldn't believe how hard this tin can pulled. 2nd gear was spinning, 3rd gear was pulling to the side and before i knew it, it was thru 4th. Im truly impressed as Ive probably shed a few seconds off my 1/4 mile times. I cant wait to get to the track and get kicked out. Ill need to put the stock exhaust on and run back thru inspection but then its on!

Yes Ive gotten on it alot before until I blew my stock motor 2 winters ago. at the time my best et was 12.18 114mph on stock evo 8 turbo.

Now after the rebuild and tune ive been nervous because this s*** aint cheap. Mods are: BR 2.0 motor stage 3/supertech valvetrain/comp 280 cams/FP red ported 84mm/shep stage 3 trans and t-case/exedy triple/BR 4' IC and piping/BR double pumper/1200cc PI/shearer tubular E mani/MAP rev 3 IM/65mm TB/non cdi sparktech/MAP O2 dump dp/stoch ecu and maf. Think thats it in a nutshell. cars gutted ( weight prolly around 2750-2850lbs).

Put together by me. tuned by TTR on 30-31lbs of boost on e-70

 

so how much power is it making on the new set up

 

At that boost level 508whp. Im going to leave it alone until I get the driving down, then e85 and up the boost.
