im moving up from a Red, ten seconds here we come

i'm putting mine on as we speak. i'm having a problem with trying to get the 8mm plug out of the oil filter housing. i've used a torch to heat it up but it's being stubborn. i can't wait! update us and let us know what you think. BTW I'm upgrading from a Red as well.

 

I had this problem, you have to muscle it out. That's what I did!

 

why upgrade to run 10s? the red is more the capable of going a mid ten easy with a more agressive tune.

 

Cuz he probably wants to run 9's after that.

 

what are your mods?

 

How long did you have your Red before you decided to upgrade? I want to do the same but not until I build the bottom end. Good Luck.

 

this month is a year since I got the Red, the Red has limitations.
I see the Black hitting 8's this year just wait and see (not from me)
my current mods off the top of my head is-
weisco pistons
tt rods
kelford 272
springs, retainers
catless
hsf-1 100% meth
hd twin disc
bolt-ons
and whole bunch of other stuff
im gonna do two maps, one for meth and one for 93
