HID kit for $37? Who has em?

Im in need of an HID conversion kit. I found this on Ebay. Has anyone bought it? does it work well? waste of money? great bang for the buck?

Maybe the kit is good, but the bulbs are bad?

Possibly buy the kit and replace the bulbs?

Give me some options

Great news! Can you ask your room mate to give you the sellers info? or ebay store.

And you pay $37 bucks for the HIDs, see how long they'll last you.
Then at the same time, you don't even get a decent amount of warranty time and not just that they don't come slim ballast for the price of $37.
