I would say the best place to put the o2 bung and sensor is as close to the engine as possible for accuracy. I know in supra's I install them about 6 inches behind the turbo. as for data logging what are you logging with aem ecu?

6" is way too close. The sensor should be at least 18" away from the turbo. Most people put the bung at 12 o'clock 1 to 4" in front of the dp flange.

I just wanted to verify, you guys used the Number 1 fuse: Ignition Coil (10 A) and hooked the red power wire of the AEM Wideband. And this fuse does not shut off momentarily when the motor is cranking, right?

I dont know about twelve o clock I hear everyone puts it around two to three thats where I have mine, on the other hand like u said a tad bit away from the test pipe and your golden to close to turbo and Ive heard it gets to hot and can jack your sensor up.

Flip it. The higher the number, the leaner.

Do most people weld in their wideband bung on the DP or the test pipe?

AEM recommends at least 36" from the turbo on turbocharged vehicles.

Sorry to revive an old thread but where do you guys bring the wires from the sensor through into the car? Just wondering if there is a hole in the fire wall or if I would have to drill.

Through the passenger floor board near the middle console. You'll see a rubber plug
