Question To Boost or Not to Boost..... That is the Question

I have had my car in storage since November.... I just took it out today. It has had a full tank of 93oct that I put in it before it went in to storage. That gas has been sitting in the tank for awhile now. Should I just use up the fuel and not boost while driving? or should I be ok and be able to boost fine? Thanks

If you didn't put that stuff in the tank that keeps the fuel good(staybil or something like that, it's red...) I'd drain it.

yeah without the stabilization it gets kind of funky so a new tank of gas is cheaper than basically anything that could fail with the old gas.

+1, no need to drain a whole tank of gas.. You will be fine as long as you dont boost to much

Gas

Just add some octane boost and drive it without boosting.

That is correct it doesnt do anything, it has been proven by Import Tuner and MythBusters. It is a waste of money.

Just lay off the boost for a while and you'll be OK.
