The hole just keeps getting deeper!

Well I brought the car down to see the automotive professor at my college. We put it on a lift, and here is what we have found.
First picture- Timing belt looks like it from the factoy, and the car has nearly 80,000 miles on it.
Second Picture - Spark Plugs have completely white tips, and seemingly worn electrodes.
Third Picture -Intercooler coupler is smashed together, because apparently the intercooler is not mounted whatsoever escept for the pipes
Fourth Picture - Under the care frame, looks like unibody. It looks like the previous owner took it off a cliff.....
So, i figured i would take a compression test. Well the car with a cold motor read 85-90 on all four cylinders. So i called Mac and Adam informed me to put a small amount of oil in the cylinders, and then test. Two cylinders read 100 and one reads 95 and the other reads 105.
So I'm not exactly sure where to go from here I'm going to try to get the dealer to take it back tomorrow, but i don't know how well that is going to go over.

Yeah, that looks like the timing belt it came with from the factory. The picture of the plugs is too blurry to see, but if the belt is the original, the plugs probably are too. The intercooler, if not mounted correctly, can be fixed. The dents in the subframe, while not something I'd want happen to my car, are probably cosmetic.

So, what it comes down to is compression. I'd suggest getting readings with the engine hot. If they are still low you have a problem.

yeah the "frame" is from someone jacking it up in the wrong spot...not a horrible issue, but the compression seems a little low.

try doing a boost leak test as well...see what happens

Um you do a compression test with the motor warm. Your results with a cold motor are useless.

That seems like a bad bend for it to be made by a jack

Timing belt isn't a huge deal, just get it changed

Plugs look fine, just old, replace

not sure where that IC coupler is, but it looks like it just needs to be adjusted.

Frame, like others have said, just looks like it has been used as a jack point. Not a huge deal

As for compression, it seems low but you did it cold. Warm the car up then do it again. Also, did you have the TB open? Did you remove all the plugs or just 1 at a time?

All the plugs where out, and the throttle was completely open. The motor was cold, but would that really make that much of a discripency? I know metal expands with heat, but i don't see the numbers going above one fifty, maybe i'm incorrect. i'm also a mile above sea level, i don't know if that changes anything.

Please get that car to someone with experience in Evo's. With the time you have wasted expressing your concerns on this forum you would have answers by now. Take it somewhere where they specialize in modified cars, and have certified techs on staff. This is in your best interest.
