I want more power.

I own a evo 9 and currently the mods it has are full 3inch exhaust, boost controller and tune. It put down 300whps. i want to add a few things to add some power like intake, fuel pump, so on. Besides those what other little things would i need to add some power. im looking to add only maybe 50 more hps. i would love to have 400whps but i know i cant afford that now.

I would have to agree with what has been mentioned.

I just added a LICP and a 3.5" intercooler and am pleased with the difference they made.

He will need larger injectors if he wants to run e85

I am going to recommend: cams, electronic boost solenoid, and tune. If you have a little extra cash...licp.

trust me u dont want e85 on a daily driver because as much as everyone talks about it, its not as easy as said because besides the injectors you gona need to upgrade you fule lines due to the fact that e85 can ruin you stock lines.

Before I would miss lead folks here I would do some more studying in the Alt. fuels section if I were you. Many have run e85 for quite a while now with no problems yet there are those who say they "heard" somewhere etc. etc...... or they had a unique experience while using e85 and attributed engine damage or negative results to the fuel being used.

Stock lines are fine. Get the injectors(1000cc or maybe larger), a big enough fuel pump(walbro 255), a wideband and a tuner who's "e85 qualified" and you're good to go. Making sure it makes sense as far as the availability of stations that offer e85 that are convenient for you is probably the biggest factor.

But then again you said you(OP) are only wanting 50 more ponies so you may just stick with some of the other mods people have suggested.

E-85

1000 + cc injectors
Fuel pump
Waste gate actuator
LICP
3" full exhaust ( cat delete)

TUNE.

Follow that if you want it nice and simple. You save money and it gets you started.

for now dont worry about big intercoolers or cams...That's $1,000 + for each of those mods and you dont even need them at a basic level. Also dont buy a dumb blow off valve, another waste of money on a stock turbo basic Evo.
