my turbo timer is acting funky..right when i turn the car on the timer turns on, it shows the p-1 and 1.00, but right when i turn the car off, the timer shuts off..any ideas?? and normally with the car on, if you put down the e brake, the timer will shut off, well, it doesnt do that anymore, it will remain on, the only time it shuts off if you turn the ignition off.

 

Take it out.

There is no need for a turbo timer, as I doubt you go WOT boosting into your parking spot or driveway.
