Help diagnose this problem if any?

I noticed today driving to work that my car was making a rather rough flutter sound and it's not the type coming from the bov under low boost, it's kinda loud almost like a somewhere in between a knock and rough flutter. Anyway this only happens when I shift under between the lower rpm range id say 2.6 - 3.1 and lower when moving into a parking spot dropping it in first and reverse; it almost sounds like some part under the is starving for air. Hmmm all I've managed to do was look under the hood to make sure for some odd reason the intake didn't come off the piping.

Hope anyone who has experienced this in the past could
possibly give me some input. Oddish thing too my cel was on yeaterday lasting about a day before it turned itsel off last night.

Video or audio clip? This just happens when you are pulling into somewhere? Not under WOT?

Hmm ok on the way home the car just died as I was accelerating on a green light. Everything went to **** for a moment. RPMS went directly to zero, car was bogging as I tried to accel - rpms went to zero and I'm like wtf the cars off? I was still in 1st kept with clutch engaged. Tried again and the car came out and rolled away I was stopped for a moment trying to figure out what went on but never actually had to restart the car. Oil light came on and car was bogging but quickly went away. The car makes a ugly screeching sound kind of like when you need time for new brake bads but it does that even when the brakes aren't pressed on.

Trying to see wth is wrong with this but its took dark atm. I looked for a leak but didn't see any fluids dripping.

Recently I had the transmission replaced and installed through SCM but other than that no work has been done to the car. Owned the car for a little over a month but only actually had it for 11 days personally because it spent close to a month at SCM getting the trans dropped and put back in. Going to go in tomorrow morning before class to see whats up. Also the funny flutter, knock, whatever sound only.. only happens when shifting gears. Any ideas?

Oh - the oil is on the upper part of the dip stick where the 2 > (gashes) are at.

I've read a couple post about people having the same issue on different cars and I've been seeing a lot of MAFs and TPS. There's very little that I can do but I hope it'll be a small fix tomorrow that's covered under my 2 year extended drivetrain warranty.
