so i have an evo 9 mr and i would like to have my car to be capable of running a low 12 second 1/4 mile. i have a hks hi power exhaust, stock clutch with 13k miles on it, fuel pump, mbc, dc downpipe with cat delete and perrin intake. and i am going to be going to cbrd extremely soon to be tuned. i want to get the most out of my tune so i want to get all the parts i can before i get tuned. any input would be great.
