Clunk under Drivers side

So the Evo has a Clunk under the drivers side mostly while going slow. I can feel it under my feet when it happens. I searched this and some seem to be having a problem like it, but no one seems to know what it is. it does it about ever 2 or 3 rotations of the tires while going slow or braking, and especially starting in first. It's weird that i can feel it under my feet, its like its popping up and down, any ideas? Center diff or transfer case maybe?

Also, i don't know if this is related, but my evo pulls REALLY hard with the road grain, and then will continue to do so even after the unlevel road until i pull the steering wheel the opposite way and then its fine, like the steering is loose, and gets stuck.... it's like hitting a puddle of water and it just pulls the car. the steering seems really really soft and just goes with the road, i don't know if this is common or what. I have tein lowering springs, dont know if that could be any issue.
