I have a evo IX but bought it second hand. The guy before me did some mods but sold it back stock. When I cold start my car my rpm are any where from 1100 to 1300, and my boost gauge shows that I am at -.56. I was wondering what is the normal rpm for a cold start.

 

Engines will always idle a bit higher when cold, 1100-1300 sounds about right for a stock car in a warm climate.
