is there any reason the srs light would be on after removing the drivers seat?? is there a way to reset it or any fuses to check??

 

assuming you unplugged the little connector under the seat then there is your answer

I disconnected my battery prior to unplugging mine and I had no issue with mine

only way to reset is a mitsu tool at a dealer...some body shops have these tools as well

 

yea, see if you can get a body shop to scan it for cheap. I just left mine on all these years...

 

i did unplug it, so a trip to the dealership it is. thanks guys.

bluebanana23- i will check a local shop first. the car needs to be inspected this week so i cant leave it on.

 

I just got my SRS light reset from a buddy of mine today with a Snap-On scanner(Not the OBII scanner).
