sealer for APR Rear Diffuser install
OK, this thing has aged properly enough in my garage for me to finally get off my LB and put it on my car.
I noticed that the "rear top edge" of the diffuser that comes up and wraps around the length of the rear bumper .... has enough of a gap between the bumper and the diffuser, to allow water, (very thin) mud, and whatever else happens to run down the back of the car ... to potentially run down and collect on the top (interior) side of the diffuser panel.
I want to use a removable silicone or other sealer to reduce that issue.
What's the best product(s) to use for that?
I'm thinking either clear or black RTV Gasket maker of some sort.
Ideally something that would stick good, until you needed to remove the panel (for whatever reason), and then peel the old "gasket" off, and reseal it with fresh sealer again when you reinstall the panel.
I want to avoid anything that would leave a sticky or smeared residue when removed.
Thanks!
