Quick question with my intake setup

I just installed an amsoil air filter with vibrant maf adapter yesterday using a stock intake tube. I knew I would get a jumpy idle and possible drivability issues from searching around on the forums and it only does it when its cold then it levels out to a stock rpm , but now the car feels like it misses slightly at constant rpm speeds randomly and I did a log on evoscan on a friends computer before noticing this much and read 17 counts of knock at 5000-7500 rpm. At that point we decided to baby the car until I get a tune and to be safe I pulled the plugs and verified they were stock plugs and 2 of them were at .022 and the other at .024. I read and verified that was within specs so I'm assuming my maf is goin wtf from the filter. Just want some insight to verify thats all that could be wrong. My full mod list is TBE , LICP (installed yesterday as well) , Amsoil filter.

+1 for the tune. Your setup doesnt know what to do with all that extra air. You probably wont see any gains until you get a tune either.
