TOB Help!

I'm in the process of pulling my engine and I'm stuck on releasing the throw out bearing..All Data says to push the release fork to the driver side and put a screwdriver inbetween the TOB and wedge collar (the washer in the middle of the tob and pressure plate springs?) I've been trying this for about an hour and can't get anything to work. Any little tips or tricks would be great!

You could take the pressure plate off while its still on.

The transmissin has to be on the block, take a large screwdriver an wedge in between the TOB and coller, do a twist and pry action it will take some time but you can get it. keep tying.
