headlight fading

hey, All my roommates' headlights are fading in the sun. I do not want to have this problem on my sexy evo because it looks UGLY. Has anyone experienced this? or is there any film to put over the headlights so it doesn't fade?

it's gonna happen. mine has been garaged all it's life, and the headlights are still starting to haze up. there are restoration kits you can use. i used one on my gf's Acura TSX. they work pretty well. there are also bodyshops that will refinish headlights for under $50.

You could go to advanced auto parts and buy a headlight restoration kit for about 7$ they work pretty well actually. You can also buy a clear lens cover to protect them a little bit.
