Lowering the car with an SE lip
If you are careful about it, your lip should be fine. Your zero lift kit, however, is another story. I've been on Swift MRs and now Ohlins. Had Chad@CBRD set up the Ohlins a bit higher but the damage on the zero lift kit is done; and there's no undoing it.
PS: Zero lift kit = plastic... not exactly the end of the world here. I am debating going to a Beatrush undertray now, or replacing OEM to keep access to the oil filter easy.

I finally just went with a normal non-MR undertray after going through 3 zero lift kits lol. I've also been through two authentic Ralliart lips, and I'm on a JDP CF SE lip right now. cracked it less than a month after I got it....but I play rough lol happened at a bumpy autocross. I could have avoided bumping it by slowing down, but losing FTD wasn't an option lol.
definitely go with the beatrush, it feels much more stable at high speeds and feels like its sucking the front end down from 70mph and above.
on the scraping part i think you will scrape quite often. my car is stock ride height and i scrape occasionally even when being careful

but quick question to evo8426. How much of a pain is it for you to get to the oil filter with the Beatrush installed? Also, is there any access to the front-center jack point? Thanks.
it takes about 30 seconds to get to the jack point since there are 4 small screws holding a small panel up where the jack point. to get to the oil filter would take about 2 minutes at the most if you dont have the car jacked up. there are 5 allen bolts holding it but they are such a breeze to remove it is not an issue at all. if you got any more questions or anything about it i can take pictures of it so you could get a better idea of how simple it would be
Looks damn good. How much clearance would you say you have in the front? From the pics it only looks like about 3 to 4 inches. I looked up those springs and it looks like they drop the car a slight bit more than the spec-r's do.
I have that exact set-up with MR Bilsteins and I don't have an issue.
You will need to take some driveways at an angle, but other than that I haven't really had any significant problems with ride height.

Truthfully I don't even know what a "zero lift kit" is.
But anway's I believe I will go ahead and proceed with ordering the springs. I am still paranoid, but the car will look much better lowered

SpecRs and lip that is lower than the SE. Have to watch over bumps and driveways, but it fine. Had on the car for 2 years, rain, sleet, and snow.
