I figured it was just time to move on. I picked up a brand new WW 2010 X GSR SSS so I'm still in the Evolution family
I honestly never thought I would be in a "fake" Evo and initially though the X was just a soft "appeal to the masses car" but after taking a few extended test-drives I began to really appreciate the car. It's quieter, smoother, and more comfortable, but the performance is still all there and with a few nice mods it will become a real street beast just like my IX was.

Here is what I've picked up so far:
-Ultimate Racing dual-exit catback (with midpipe mini-muffler option)
-Perrin turbo inlet hose
-AFE Stage 2 intake system (dry filter)
-Tactrix 2.0 cable (thanks Goofy!)
-a whole pile of bushings (driveshaft, rear differential, and shifter)
-Perrin shorty antenna
-my buddy Scheides picked up a DB Performance MBC for me (same kind I ran on my IX)
Future plans for the next 1-2 months include:
-testpipe
-Tephra hacks
-ECUFlash dyno-tune
-Whiteline or Cobb rear anti-sway bar
-Eibach Prokit or Swift lowering springs
