Is there really a $1,500 Mitsu to dealer incentive/rebate on Evo's now? I've seen it mentioned a few times, but I haven't been able to find any actual confirmation. Edumnds lists incentives to the dealers, but they don't show any on the Evo. Does anyone have a link confirming it?
