Opinions on parting out my Tommi Makinen

Hi all I have been trying to sell my Tommi makinen for a long time now and the way things are over here it will never sell. I never considered parting it out but seeing all the threads with guys building evo 6's from standard mirage chassis in the Us I thought it may work and I could recoup some of what I paid for her, she's a 26k mile example with a lot of aftermarket bits, what are your opinions?

the list below is what was added to the car, if you add in all the body panels engine and gearbox, makinen interior etc etc etc would it be worth it?
bear in mind i'm in Ireland so shipping is a huge factor if sending parts.

list
GP Sports Front Wide wings vented.
A/M Volk SE37 Alloys.
HKS induction
A/M ECU
Vortex Generator,
ATS Carbon twin plate clutch,
Additional Defi guages and controllers
A/M Kyokei engine and transmission mounts
A/M Trust Boost Controller.
A/M CPU
Apex N1 coilovers (nearly 3K$ new)
A/M Front pipes
a/m 260 degree Cams
Torsion bars
A/M Turbine
Stainless steel eki manifold
A/M Actuator,
A/M Timing Belt.
Alloy Radiator
Trust Oil Cooler x 2
255 rubber allround, GP Sports exhaust, Defi guages, defi controller, defi hologram windsreen display, ultima rev speed meter, Trust Boost Controller. ,camber adjustable top mounts, Koyo Alloy Radiator, HID lights, vfc II fan controller, 2 oil coolers are relocated to passenger side in front of air intake

she cost me 22k euro and she's done about 200 miles since then i'm looking for 15k euro for her. there are a few in The UK for sale for 17k GBP which is about 19k euro with similar mileage. the market is a gonner over here. you can pick up evo's for dirt money the red makinen is the only car that will hold it's value i'm told but i cannot wait for 10 ****ing years for a car price to come back to what it's worth. when i paid 22k for mine itthat was the cost of importing it from japan they were selling for 25-28k euro here at that time so she was a good deal at 22k for me. then the market went to **** and now nobody will pay that for a makinen over here. i reckon if i part it out i could get a good bit of the 15k.

i got two kids i'm 33 years old and i've grown out of evos, i kind of feel like a dick going around with two kids in the back so i just don't drive it. I have a 740i for that job now. i think it's a young mans car, not saying i'm old but possibly too old for a makinen

I am really surprised there are not many buyers in the UK. I used to live in the UK and those cars would go without any issue.
