Stop shot gunning the problem, you just wasting time and money. You will need bring it to a reputable dealer or shop. My guess is a vacuum leak or your cam or crank timing is off 1-2 tooth.

Well I found a problem which might be the original cause but not the solution. When I pulled the timing cover to check the cam timing I found quite a bit of slack between the 2 cam gears. I don't know how that happens but when I realigned everything and put the tension back on it tightened right up. But still the problem remains. So my fear is internal engine damage from the loose belt. I'm going to perform a leak down test next.

Thoughts?

you said that you had done a compression test prior to posting and if I am not mistaking, you posted that you had solid compression numbers. I am going to go with a hose off of the intake manifold.

Yeah and I did another compression test after tightening the belt and got the same results. But I have already checked all my hoses several times and they are all attached. But one guy mentioned that even with all the lines connected it could still be the EGR sticking so I guess that will be my next attempt.

And for everyone who thinks I should just take it to a shop. The only place that does EVO's near me is the dealer from which I bought the car for 6K below book valve cause they's had it for 6 months and couldn't figure out how to fix it. But I did in only a couple days. It was simply an over tightened waste gate actuator. So can you see why I don't want to take it to them?

Finished the leakdown test and it looks like my Fears were correct. It seems I have a bent intake Valve, I won't know for sure til I pull the head But all Signs point to that.

Well dont freak out yet. Did you actually CHECK your cam timing? Are you sure its right? You could have just jumped a tooth on the cam due to the loose belt. This would make the valves appear to not be sealing. You could also just have some junk stuck under the valve seats causing it to leak.

Check your timing and go from there.

Also, I can't find anywhere that you've given a detailed post about how the car actually RUNS. How does it start, idle, accelerate etc at low / hgh RPMS?

+1 this would be VERY helpful, dont worry about hurting the engine.. if its damaged its already damaged (which I doubt)

Yes I have checked the timing it's dead on. Also the timing would cuase all cyliners to leak. And I'm only leaking out of cylinder 3 Wich was also the lowest cylinder during the compreeion test.
