200 w/ testpipe, 300 w/ cat. i average 37 miles every 1.5 gallons. ( drive to work is 77- 78 miles round trip @ 3 gallons). not bad for a couple of bolt ons and no tune. test pipe is garbage imo.

i think with the test pipe, unless you're tuned for it, it wigs out the computer and it tries to compensate the a/f ratio. it ran really rich and when i put the cat on, it went back to normal. air mods, like a drop-in filter, licp, downpipe/catback, will increase air in/ flow out so the car runs a tad leaner and goes faster. i drive 80mph on the freeway and still get 300 to the tank.

Now, on E85 I average about 190/tank and get down to around 160/tank if it's an autocross weekend. I drive pretty conservative mostly, but it's all in traffic.

I get about the same on E 85. Taking a trip to Jamestown today 140 miles. and im bring 2 5 gallon drums with me lol. Hope I dont get stranded.

Getting to 330 is very rare for me, I've only done that twice. Usually I'll get 270 miles on a tank while driving like a granny all highway miles....
My mods are pretty basic: 3.5'' FMIC, LICP & UICP, 3'' intake, TBE w/test pipe, walbro 255, MBC, and tune. Oh and I don't have ac currently in my car. My average is 200 miles or so on a tank.

Yes. I had no AC and stayed out of boost the entire time. That meant slow acceleration, choosing the right gear and keeping speeds reasonable.

The test pipe O2 sensor doesn't compensate for AFRs. If it causes a CEL, however, the CEL can cause the ECU to dump more fuel.

if you run vta MPG gets worse too. When I had the Tial on it was like 180-200 per tank (with wing) and now I have Tial QR it's like 250 avg MPG. Not to mention I have wicked white which is like a heavy paint right?

I always get right around 300 per tank. The best I have gotten was 350+ riding on the highway the whole time. I guess I drive like an old lady. I dont know what my worst is, not nearly as low as you guys though. Maybe between 200-250.

don't mean to go OT, but does the wing really make that much of a difference in mpg's.

no, what i meant was the sensor gets a higher voltage signal ( richer) and the computer DOES take that into account and tries to compensate. a check engine light is a code, but does not cause the computer to do anything, it's already f'd up, so the computer throws the code.

Best; 21mpg on a "lean cruise" tune

worst, 10mpg. Driving around town and having fun.
