Back to the light side...

Hello everyone,

I have been ghosting for the last few months (again). I was previously the proud owner of a new '03 tarmac black evo which unfortunately got a lot of unwanted attention from the local 5.0 which led me to trade off for an '01.5 S4 back in late 04 before I put a single mod on it.

After years of regretting my decision to part with my evo, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a '05 black evo w/ the SSL pack (under 40k miles) and a 'few' mods. The car is currently undergoing a bottom end refresh and should have a dyno sheet along with pictures soon ;-). Needless to say - GLAD TO BE BACK!!!

-Matt

Alotta work you got under the hood. Seems like your dyno sheet is gonna be impressive. Solid build.

Yeah, should be fun. #4 was behind BIG on leakdown so figured might as well go for broke and get everything redone and not worry about opening it back up for a LONG time. (ID's are also a recent addition)

Even with the rebuild I'm so far ahead I really can't complain, I pretty much stole the car - e85 + 35psi incoming :-D

A bushwhacker trans + 4.11 gears is also in the near future

You will like the Bushwacker Transmission. I have had mine for a short while and love it. Dan is really easy to work with and pretty fast on returning the car. He also doesnt try to sell you on any uneeded parts. Good luck and great start!
