You could def put it through your insurance. It's vandalism and will be covered by your comp insurance.

You could mention she did it or not. If you do your insurance company will go after her for the money but either way your car gets fixed with new OEM parts. So in my case it would cost me a $50 deductible to fix my car 100%

 

+1 on this one. I had several comp claims and my insurance never went up even after 8k for new seats that were stolen.

 

Wow..That's messed up.

I would definitely call insurance and see what they have to say.

Sorry to hear about your car. Pick a less crazy girl next time! Some insurance companies will require a police report to claim this as vandalism on comprehensive, good luck with everything.

 

i remember when i had my civic hatch and i had a crazy *** ex that literally keyed the whole right side of my hatch. The reason she did it was that her friends caught me with another girl at the bar haha.
