Don't sweat it, you'll figure it out.
I remember the first time I blew off a stock IC pipe at a track event, in my mind I was thinking I blew it up. So I know how your feeling. Our car don't run well with giant leaks...
GL man.

^ **** man I remember when I blew off my injen licp when I was going 90mph.
Wasn't so great when everything shuts down and stalls when theres like 20 cars behind me lol
Check all your IC pipes! Hows your clutch grabbing?

I agree with what ppl are saying, this sounds like a less serious issue. check out if the bov is installed properly, make sure you dont "leak" any air in any area, could even be due to a hole in a hose..could be both with air intake or even the same bov, check the spring it uses?
if you get "gaps" in the power delivery and the boost level makes crazy changes its most likely air pressure leak!

well i found out its nothing to do with the boost.... its the clutch.... so lookin into that....
well atleast its nothing too serious... but any suggestions... and again thanks for all the help i greatly appreciate it!

i took it to my buddies house and his dad knows these cars inside and out.... and they told me once i get it replaced there gonna give me a ams down pipe, ams cat back exhaust, and ams lower inter cooler pipe... these guys are awsome...
i mean its all new to me and such (stick shifting included... i did get about a month of training before i bought the evo...) but when i first test drove it 4th gear acted up and my buddies dad told me it was probably the clutch, the car has 44,000 miles the first owner (who had already replaced the clutch) probably drove it hard....
A while ago, my stock uicp coupler blew off as I was on the onramp, where their happen to be a sheriff parked on the shoulder. Out of all the times my car could have made a loud BOOM, of course it had to happen then. lol
Make sure to retune for all that after you get your car up and running.
