Wow, was suppose to be tuned Sat., Aug. 7th. I scheduled the tune for that date because I was going to be staying in the area for a few days. Drove there, 254 mi., Thur, Aug 5th. I PM the tuner Fri. to again confirm the tune and time. PM me back and said tune was on how about 3 or 4 on Sat.. Later a second PM said there tuner had booked two additional tunes without telling them and they could tune me Mon. 4 PM. I replied that I was leaving Mon. and Sat. was my only chance. I recieved no futher messages, was going to call but just said screw it I'll find someone else. Not trying to bash anyone, just bewildered, like WTF?

if a customer has an appointment you make your additional workload around your appointments

 

I always operate on first come first serve with customers. Sounds like bad customer service to me.

That's not cool at all. Can't imagine how a company could survive long if that's how they treat their customers. Even if you're the best out there, if you don't treat people well, you lose business... Maybe you dodged a bullet though, wouldn't want a bad tuner killing your engine on the dyno. I've heard those stories too many times.

That's just bad business, at the very least they should have offered you a discounted tune due to their scheduling error.
