Thumbs down How do I get rid of this?

First I want to apologize for being so obsessed with this, but I'm sure there are many others who are wondering the same thing.

I just wanted to know if anyone has found a way to clean the dust from behind the gauge panel that enters through the mileage reset button hole. It has begun to annoy me as the rest of my car from the inside looks spotless. Also, is there any way I could get rid of scratches on plastic dash pieces? My brother took his long board with him on a trip and scratched the glove box and its side with the grip tape part of the board. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

This should help you guys understand what i'm talking about.

Dust that somehow got in.

Scratches from my irresponsible brother.

I really do appreciate the help guys!

for scratches... u can use a lighter or heat gun and just pass over it once or twice and they will fade out.. dont not apply direct heat or else u will leave a burnt or heat mark...

Ok so the lighter idea made no difference for the scratches. I heard somewhere a black crayon helps, any thoughts?

i hate to think what you get like when there's mud on your tyres!!

Rather then a heat-gun or lighter, why not start a little less '***** deep' and use a hair dryer to heat it up and your finger to lightly press it?
