Original protection plan was up to 100k for original owner and then it dropped to 60k for second owners.
If you bought it from a dealer, I bet they would take care of it.

 

I'm going to drop the mini-gauntlet here ...

My Mitsubishi dealership closed about 2 years after purchasing my VIII, and believe me Mitsubishi throws a stink every time I go in for "warranty" stuff, on an unmodified OEM VIII.

When they send me "get your service done here letters" they're all over me. When I ask them to honor a warranty item, they make it known I purchased my car from a closed dealership.

This rings of a double standard. Either the car can survive the original warranty, or it can't ... plain and simple.
