air duct question...

air duct question...

evo 8 air duct in cf

they dont have hole for rivets... all the ones i see have rivets...

should i

A. drill holes and use rivets..

or

B. use 3m double sided tape


car is bby if it matters

If you don't want someone to steal them or risk falling off then rivet them. I don't think they fit as flush if you 3M them from what I heard from my friend because the tape is thick.

I would do both just make sure you get the thin 3m double sided tape. Sometimes the rivets can pull out of the bumper.

You use rivets for added security. 3m tape for initial mounting and measuring.

THe ones from Rexpeed comes with the rivets. You just drill a 1/8" hole prior to riveting.

Like he said.

Make sure you clean the surfaces where the 3m will be applied

If u plan on keep it on forever I say rivet them, or if u want to keep it on for a while then take it off then use 3m
