Fuel problems

I am in need of some help guys, here's the deal. So my evo has been sitting in the garage for about a year now and I'm attempting to get her back on the road. I decided to replace the fuel pump with the f/b double pumper for E85. I cannot get the blasted thing started now it just cranks. I can get it to start with starting fluid which make me believe she's not getting enough or to much fuel. As is sits now there is fresh fuel in and i know some fuel is getting there as I had a slight leak at one of the injectors which I fixed. Any help or guidance is appreciated Below are pics of the way I wired it per full blown and the d/d, damn I miss driving the evo

Yes I used the one supplied with the kit from full blown. I am extremely frustrated with this damn car.
