Question about removing the steering wheel

Does anyone know what ohm resistor to use when removing the OEM wheel and airbag? I want to try to avoid the srs light and i cant find much on the forum about actually avoiding it beside removing the light (which isnt what i want to do).

Ive been reading around the internet and ive read anythign from 1.5 ohms to 10ohms is what you need but i cant find anything specific for the evo.

can anyone help out?

Why don't you read the airbag resistance?

Read the airbag resistance. If the bag is laying on a table not being used try reading resistance with an ohmeter.

I read that even testing the resistance of an airbag can set it off. Dont want to risk that!
